Scent Royale Return Policy

At Scent Royale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Cancellations

All orders are processed immediately, so we are unable to cancel purchases once they have been placed. Please ensure you are ordering the correct items, as Scent Royale is not liable for any mistakes made by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items – If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.
  • Unopened & Unused Items – If you change your mind, we accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging.

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be sent within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • We reserve the right to refuse excessive exchanges and returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds cover the product value only and do not include original shipping fees or insurance costs.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at scentroyale01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Attach clear photos if your item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Wait for our response with return instructions.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the transaction.

Haven’t received your refund?

If you do not receive your refund within 7 days of our confirmation email, please contact our customer service team. You may also want to check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sample vials and decants
  • Clearance or final sale items
